Liquid and paste fill into premade pouches one of two ways: through the open top and then a heat seal, or through the spout and then a cap. Which way depends on the pouch as much as the product. So we start every liquid review with a pouch sample and a description of what goes in it.
Product and Viscosity Range
"Liquid" covers a lot. Water-thin drinks, detergent, edible oil, sauce and fruit concentrate all behave differently at the filling head. The LV-210 listing names juice, jelly, concentrated juice and functional drinks. The LV-160 listing names laundry liquid, cleaner, dish soap, disinfectant, beer, tea drinks, edible oil and water. The catalog doesn't give a viscosity range or temperature limit for any listing, so we work from what you tell us. Send us:

Open-Top or Through-Spout Filling
A pouch having a spout doesn't mean it's filled through the spout. Some spout pouches are filled through the open top and sealed before the spout is capped. Others are filled through the fitment itself. The two routes need different machines and different checks.

Use the table to pick a route, not as a list of what we offer. A pouch feeder, a liquid pump and a spout capper are separate pieces of equipment until engineering confirms the project. The pouch specifications guide lists the dimensions we ask for.
Dosing and Nozzle Options
The dosing method follows the product. Our catalog wording says sauces and drinks use a pump, powders use an auger and solids are weighed above the station. For liquids that means a pump or similar volumetric method feeding a nozzle. The sauce listing names a servo piston pump and an anti-drip nozzle. The LV-210 beverage listing doesn't say what doses the product, so we confirm that in the quotation.
When you look at nozzles, ask:
- Does the product drip or string when the nozzle lifts away?
- Does the nozzle have to enter the pouch mouth, and how wide is the mouth?
- Do particles need to pass through the valve?
- Does the head have to match a spout inner diameter?
No filling accuracy is published for any premade-pouch configuration. If tolerance matters, agree on the measuring method and range before testing. The filling accuracy guide shows what to define.
Sealing or Capping
The closing step is part of the machine scope, so raise it in the first conversation.
- Heat sealing: keep the liquid level clear of the seal zone, and check seal quality on a trial with your own film.
- Capping: the LV-160 listing includes automatic cap feeding and screwing. Confirm cap type and spout diameter, because caps that look alike aren't always the same.
