About LINEVO Pouch Filling

This site is run by the LINEVO packaging machinery team to help buyers decide which premade-pouch or spout-pouch filling configuration to review. It's for project discussion, not a showroom.

Who Operates This Site

LINEVO is a packaging machinery brand. The team behind this site handles its pouch-filling enquiries.

According to linevopack.com/about, LINEVO and Dession are different teams within the same company, and they share a packaging machinery catalog. We use authorized Dession product information, photographs and original model references here. You may see Dession markings in photos.

We don't publish a legal entity name, street address, founding year, staff numbers or customer names. The contracting entity and project responsibilities are confirmed in your quotation.

Equipment and Project Scope

We cover premade-pouch filling, plus spout-pouch filling and capping. The catalog configurations are:

• the LV-210 for premade pouches, with variants for dry foods, zipper pouches and some liquids or pastes;
• a premade-pouch sauce configuration;
• the LV-160 for spout pouches, with cap feeding and capping.

LINEVO lists other families too, such as roll-film vertical form fill seal, sachet and stick-pack machines. They aren't covered here. If one fits your project better, we'll say so.

The nine catalog entries aren't nine different machines. The LV-210 variants share one platform's specifications. The LV-210 model page shows this best.

How We Review Requirements

1. You send the product, pouch type and size, fill target, output and destination on WhatsApp.
2. We check the request against the catalog and mark each point as listed, optional or to be reviewed.
3. We ask for samples only if the product or pouch needs it, and only after agreeing quantity and address. See sample testing.
4. We prepare a configuration and quotation for you to confirm.

Powder shows how we handle gaps. The catalog has no premade-pouch powder configuration, so we start from your sample and tell you what we can and can't confirm. The pouch specifications guide helps you prepare.

Evidence and Quality Documentation

Photos here are catalog photographs with supplier marks retouched out. They aren't engineering evidence. We publish no test results or certifications.

A quotation should state the model and configuration version, what's included, optional or still to review, and the product, pouch and conditions behind any performance statement. It should also cover utilities, factory checks, documentation language, shipping and delivery terms, installation and training with costs, spare parts, and price, payment terms and contracting entity.

If a sample test is agreed, the record states the product, packaging material, configuration, settings and observations.
