Email and WhatsApp are in the contact block on this page. If you already know your product and pouch, send both in your first message so we can review a configuration straight away.
Sales Contact
For a configuration review or quotation, email or message the sales contact. A specific first message saves a round of questions. Include:
- what you're filling, and its form (liquid, paste, powder or pieces);
- the pouch type, size and closure, with a photo if you have one;
- your target fill and output;
- your destination country.
WhatsApp links create a draft message with a reference starting with PFW-. Keep it in the thread so we can find your project.
Please don't ship samples until we've agreed the quantity and where to send them. The sample testing page explains how samples are handled.
Support Contact
Questions about installation, training, spare parts or a problem after start-up use the same channels. Say which equipment you have. For spare parts, add the nameplate details, model, serial number, configuration version and photos. The service and support page has the full process.
Business Details
LINEVO is a packaging machinery brand. We don't publish a legal entity name, street address or registration details. The contracting entity is confirmed in your quotation. If you need it for a supplier review, ask in your first message. More on the about page.
Time Zone
We don't publish office hours or response times. Tell us your time zone and preferred contact method, and we'll arrange replies around them.
Project Form
WhatsApp is the easiest way to send product, pouch and fill-target details together. The pouch specifications guide lists what to measure first. We handle your data as described in the privacy notice.
